In depth class covering pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum care from a natural perspective. Fun and informative class for you and partner to prepare for your birth journey. Classroom setting as well as opportunities to practice birth positions, pain control techniques for labor and one on one support to develop a personalized birth plan. All supplies and class literature included. Snacks offered throughout class.
