Consultation & Tour
A chance for us to get to know each other and determine if Breathe is a good fit for your maternity care. Tour the center, meet our staff, discuss investment as well as payment options.
Financial Consultation
During this session, we help take the worry and guess work out of insurance billing and payments by tailoring a payment plan that is perfectly suited for your family.
Nurse Visit
Book a lab draw or appointment with a nurse at a time that works best for you.
Well Visit
Schedule your appointment for general wellness exam. Exam includes 1 hour with a midwife to communicate concerns and questions, mammary gland exam as well as pap smear if warranted. Labs not included. In some cases insurance may reimburse for this service. Bring your insurance card and ID to your appointment. Insurance will be billed if applicable.
Problem Visit
Meet one-on-one with a midwife to discuss problems or concerns. This appointment is for 1 hour. Additional fees may apply if additional time o for follow up or labs are required.
