This is a 2 part class. Please make sure you are enrolled in both class 1 and class 2. In depth class covering pregnancy, labor and delivery and postpartum care from a natural perspective. Fun and informative class for you and partner to prepare for your birth journey. Classroom setting as well as opportunities to practice birth positions, pain control techniques for labor and one on one support to develop a personalized birth plan. All supplies and class literature included. Snacks offered throughout class.

Childbirth Education Part 1

Childbirth Education Part 2
An informative class covering everything you need to know about caring for a newborn. The first 6 weeks of life are full of joy, challenges and constant changes in routine. Learn how to survive it all! Topics include: caring for the healthy newborn, common newborn health challenges, jaundice, colic, sleep regression, daily habits of a newborn, car seat safety, SIDS, shaken baby syndrome and much more.

Newborn Class
This course is best suited for couples who have experienced a previous unmedicated birth, previous out of hospital birth or couples who have had multiple pregnancies. In this abridged class we will focus on natural birth, pain control, what to expect when giving birth outside of the hospital, positions as well as develop a personalized birth plan. All supplies and class literature included.

Childbirth Education Refresher

Fun and informative class for children ages 1-10 who are being promoted to big brothers or sisters! Hands on interaction, fun games and much more to help your little one become excited about welcoming a baby into your household. All participants will receive an official Big Brother or Big Sister Certificate as well as keepsake to give to their little sibling once they arrive. Space is limited!
$15 per child.
Siblings Class
In depth class on the art of breastfeeding/chestfeeding. Taught by licensed IBCLC, Tracy Potter. Material and topics include: anatomy of the breast, breastfeeding positions, complications and solutions, breast pump information and walk through, partner support and nutrition. Partners encouraged to join.
